Cast Iron 2.0

I picked up another 8" cast iron skillet/pan on Monday, seasoned it beyond the preseasoning that night. That night I cooked up a batch of ham and bean soup, we ate it with homemade cornbread last night. It was awesome! Pretty much any food you cook for three or more hours is gonna be great. Looking forward to leftovers for lunch.
