Over 1,000 Bike Miles this Summer!

An out and back on the Galloway Greenway and FR 186 on Tuesday, after work. At 22.9 miles, this ride put me well over a thousand bike miles for the summer.

Sunday morning, we rode from my house nearly to Strafford, Missouri and then down to Rogersville and back to town, covering 42.6 miles of farm roads and lesser state highways. Beautiful morning ride with consistent temps in the low to mid 60s.
